The Municipality of Andrijevica is a small local authority in northern Montenegro interested in participating in LIFE projects as a local implementation and pilot partner. Its areas of interest include clean energy, renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental management, and sustainable rural development. The Municipality is particularly interested in developing and testing a local energy community model involving residents, farms, businesses, and public institutions. The model could subsequently be replicated in other municipalities in Montenegro and the Western Balkans. Andrijevica is seeking an experienced project coordinator, as well as technical and research partners, for the preparation and implementation of a LIFE project.
